Intelligent Transportation Systems (EE246)
Fall 2018
- Conducted 2 hours of lecture independently as a substitute lecturer of the course
- Introduced car-following models, cooperative adaptive cruise control, and simulation tools.
Feedback Control (ME 121)
Spring 2017
- Conducted 20 hours of discussion sessions independently as a teaching assistant of the course
- Introduced students to the analysis and design of feedback control systems using classical
control methods. Topics included control system terminology, block diagrams, analysis and design
of control systems in the time and frequency domains, closed-loop stability, root locus, Bode
plots, and an introduction to analysis in state-space.
Mechanical Engineering Modeling and Analysis (ME 118)
Winter 2017
- Conducted 20 hours of discussion sessions independently as a teaching assistant of the course
- Introduced data analysis and modeling used in engineering through the software package MATLAB.
Numerical methods include descriptive and inferential statistics, sampling and bootstrapping,
fitting linear and nonlinear models to observed data, interpolation, numerical differentiation
and integration, and solution of systems of ordinary differential equations. Final project
involved the development and evaluation of a model for an engineering system.
Introduction to Engineering Computation (ME 018)
Fall 2016
- Conducted 60 hours of lab sessions independently as a teaching assistant of the course
- An introduction to the use of MATLAB in engineering computation. Covered scripts and functions,
programming, input/output, two and three-dimensional graphics, and elementary numerical analysis.
